AUTOMOTIVE / EXAMPLE PROJECTS

Start where the
work gets stuck.

Think about the task your people keep chasing, repeating or working around. That’s often a good place to begin.

Which problem is worth starting with?

Choose something you can watch happening today. Who does the work? Where does it stall? Can you gather enough examples to tell whether a new approach helps?

A dealer group might follow a vehicle from acquisition to its first photos. A fleet team might look at how incomplete records are chased. A software team might test whether an AI feature helps a customer finish a specific task.

Start small enough to learn something. Connecting every system or covering every store can come later, once you know the first version is useful.

Bring the people who know the job.

We’ll need their view of what a good answer looks like, along with someone who can build and test. If the records are unreliable or nobody owns the handoff, we’ll work that out early.

These are possible projects we could explore, rather than reports of client results. The 90-day programme gives us time to investigate one with your team.

Meet your next
generation of builders.

I’m exploring a pathway for local university students and interns to join supervised dealer-group projects. They would learn by doing, while your team gets to know their work.

A few lines about the problem and your team are enough to start. We can talk through the rest together.
