Here is what happens when you contact Zero to Sixty Lab.

What we send and why.

Reviewing a brief keeps it in your browser. Selecting “Send to Stephen” sends your name, email, organisation and project details through our Google Cloud backend and Resend email service to steve.southin@zerotosixtylab.com. Stephen uses these details to respond and discuss your proposed work. Your address is used for replies; submitting does not subscribe you to marketing.

We do not store enquiries in a separate website database. Messages and delivery records are processed by our email and hosting providers. Technical request information may be processed to operate the service and prevent abuse. The form uses temporary rate limits; it does not intentionally save your draft in browser storage. Your browser may autofill fields according to its settings.

Please omit passwords, customer records and confidential business information. You can also use the email-app link, which passes the draft to your chosen email provider.

Questions about your information.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have sent, email steve.southin@zerotosixtylab.com. Client confidentiality and data handling are addressed in the terms of an engagement.

This website does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics in its application code. Other websites have their own privacy practices.
