I’m Stephen Southin.

I build automotive technology.
I also teach teams how to build.

My work has spanned dealer-to-dealer commerce, customer retention and AI vehicle inspection. Today, I’m building Halo and mentoring teams through Zero to Sixty Lab.

In the Lab, we work on your problem. I’ll help you question the approach, make sense of the results and decide what’s worth building next.

The work behind the Lab.

My company-building experience stretches from CarFusion’s mobile dealer-to-dealer commerce and Bumper’s customer retention work to PAVE’s AI vehicle inspections. With Halo, I’m continuing to work on capture and visual intelligence.

I remain a founder and board member at PAVE, having stepped away from day-to-day operations in 2025. The Lab sits alongside my current work building Halo.
